Academy (Team Lead/Manager)

As an Academy Manager at ADGES, your responsibilities can vary depending on the context and the type of client you are managing. The main responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the academy, maintain high standards of services, and provide leadership and support to clients and teams. The Academy Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, including our partners, ADGES’s associates, and administrators, to create an environment conducive to learning and development.

Responsibilities

The main duties of the Academy Manager can be summarized as follows:

Academy Function

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training & development programs for clients.
  • Organize and deliver practical training programs and solutions that lead to the improvement of people skills and business performance.
  • Design course curriculum-related learning and development framework liaise with company people & culture strategies and directions.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training, and researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Deliver the materials, assessments, and other learning supporting tools and materials as required by ADGES and clients
  • Be a product owner for each Academy Products and support other teams with knowledge, expertise, on how best each team and clients can take benefits from Academy related products

Learning Management System Function

  • Keeping the LMS platform up to date by installing updates, patches, and new features. Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as backups, system checks, and database management, to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Managing course content, multimedia files, assessments, and other educational materials.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the LMS platform by gathering user feedback, analyzing usage data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Commercial Function

  • Collaborating with ADGES’ Business Development Team to understand clients’ requirements and develop learning solutions. Supporting Business Development Team in presenting proposals and provide technical support to those who might require
  • Ensuring that pricing aligns with market conditions, client expectations, and profitability goals. Monitoring financial performance, analyzing revenue and cost data, and making recommendations for pricing adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborating with Sales teams to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies that promote the consulting firm’s services.
  • Pursue the customer through the final stages of the decision-making process and secure their commitment to purchase a product or service.
  • Working with 3rd Party Facilitators, Associates, and External Coach especially in term of reaching a commercial contract, IP Protection, professionalism, and delivery of services to ADGES

Managerial Function 

  • Ensuring the communication of the performance of Academy function, strategy, planning, and other issues are done appropriately and timely manner with a clear and concise manner
  • Setting up a well-organized information to inform other team leads/managers to keep other teams inform on the key updates of the function
  • Managing, engaging, and motivating Academy team to bring the best in individual and function
  • Understand the value, purpose, corporate identity, and working style of ADGES and acting and role modeling those behaviors accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Master degree in general management, human resources (HR) and/or other relevant areas are preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development, or Organization Development
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development planning, curriculum design
  • Have knowledge and experience in applying adult learning principles & new trend technology for development Tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Good in presentation, Having a service mind and facilitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure & changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Keeping up to date with developments in training , researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly training reports to the management.
  • Lead Knowledge management implementation and support consultant team.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
