Marketing Team Leader

Assistant Project Manager for Media Platform – ADGES is looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creativity and analytically. These positive duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing, and proofreading, formulating content strategies, and managing a content team and content production team, among other tasks.

Assistant Project Manager for Media Platform should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, interview, events, images, or videos that aid in fostering engagement online.

The main duties of the Academy Manager can be summarized as follows:

Marketing Function

  • Plan, strategize, and executive ADGES Marketing Strategy
  • Identify ADGES market positioning, persona and find the right marketing strategies, media, approaches to build and sustain marketing positioning
  • Create marketing plan including communication, events, marketing campaigns, media and advertising planning by closing coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Create digital marketing plan by using Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn and other on-line tools to create brand awareness which consequently convert to sales
  • Plan, organize and supervise ADGES marketing events according to marketing planning
  • Represent ADGES in a public event and trade fair by maintaining the best in-class image to audiences

Media Platform Function

  • Setting up the platform to up and running
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading content
  • Managing a content team and content production team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, and etc.
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
  • Build a follower on social media platform
  • Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
  • Manage content across all platforms, including emails and social media

Business Development – Sales Function

  • Create sales opportunities
  • Understand ADGES’ product portfolio, value proposition, and client profiles
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your and organization’s network
  • Organize high profile marketing events that fits with clients’ interests and perceive value in the event
  • Research and build relationship with new and existing clients
  • Plan approaches and pitches to create sales volumes
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Propose pricing the solution/service
  • Present the high level of quality and professional image
  • Adhere to high morale and ethics standard while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and quality standard

Managerial Function

  • Ensure the communication of sales & marketing performance, strategy, planning, management issues are done in weekly basis with an open-minded to discuss the further improvements and suggestions from supervisor to ensure the accomplishment of sales & marketing team targets are accomplished
  • Manage, engage, and motivate sales and marketing team to bring the best of individual performances and team performances

Ensure fairness and transparency of management practices, compensation, and recognition of performance


  • This position requires at least a Master degree and 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience is a must. An MBA and master’s degree in related fields is often requested as well.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training & development programs for clients
  • Organize and deliver practical training programs and solutions that lead to the improvement of people skills and business performance.
  • Design course curriculum related learning and development framework liaise with company people & culture strategies and directions.
  • Manage and control individual development plan (IDP) to fill-up competency gaps.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training , researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly training reports to the management.
  • Lead Knowledge management implementation and support consultant team.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by Managing Director.


  • A Master degree in general management, human resources (HR) and/or other relevant areas are preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development, or Organization Development
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development planning, curriculum design
  • Have knowledge and experience in applying adult learning principles & new trend technology for development Tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Good in presentation, Having a service mind and facilitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure & changing environment
